1. Press Print Scrn (usually found next to the F12 KEY). It will look like nothing has happened but the image will be saved to clipboard automatically. You then open Paint as below.
2. Edit, paste and save image.
If your computer has a Snipping Tool (found in the accessories folder)
1. Open Snipping tool by clicking Start. In the search box, type Snipping Tool or browse to Accessories.
And then, in the list of results, Click Snipping Tool.
Click New and frame the area of the screen you want to save or click the arrow next to new to choose from a dropdown list. save the image into a folder where you can find it easily again.
