It was a privilege to have him in the school and to hear him speak and we all found it hugely beneficial. Local artisan food producer Isabelle Sheridan visited Transition Year students on World Home Economics Day. She brought samples of local cheeses and crackers for students to taste. They enjoyed the opportunity to broaden their taste buds! Isabelle produces terrines and pâté which she sells in her ‘On The Pig’s Back’ shop in The English Market and Douglas
